Development of the Vali gas field with the connection of three Vali wells and two Odin well into Santos mainline.
Full pipeline, civil, structural, mechanical, and piping construction scope. 13.8km of dual 4″ composite fiberspar pipelines (27.6kms) to manifold skid and mid-line tie-in to Santos mainline. Decommission and remove Rosebay wellhead skid and reinstall and commission on Odin 2. Tie-in five wells total via a total of 5kms of 4″ composite fiberspar pipeline. Wellsite cooler, three-phase metering and separator skids, FO. Site generators and holding tanks and ponds.
Global managed all logistics inc. from OS manufacturers, AUS manufacturers, Freight forwarders, customs, port to site, and supplier schedule delay management. Integral in design constructability reviews 60% and 90% and managed Vintage/Santos integration relationship.
Very remote project location crossing QLD/SA state border delivered under challenging conditions.
